Payment Policies: A Reservation Deposit equal to 30% of the total rental fee is required within 5 days of booking in order to confirm your reservation. Payment of Reservation Deposit can be made by bank money order, cashier’s check, personal check (paid at least 30 days before arrival date), Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. At Check-In, your Reservation Deposit will be applied towards your rental balance.
An Admin Fee will be charged to all reservations at the time the reservation is made. This includes the fees for reservation processing and the Damage Waiver Plan. The Admin Fee is payable at check-in by the registered guest using Visa, MasterCard or Discover. A limited damage waiver plan is included in the Admin Fee to cover minor accidental damage that may occur during your stay. The $ amount of coverage (between $100-$1,000) varies by property. This Fee eliminates traditional damage deposits. Please contact us immediately to file a report if accidental damage or loss occurs in order for the damage waiver to apply. The damage waiver does not cover negligence or willful neglect. At check-in, the registered guest will be required to sign the Damage Waiver Plan.
Balance of your rental payment and Damage Deposit are due upon or before arrival. Payments may be made by cash, traveler’s checks, bank money orders, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover (card must be present and payments to be paid by registered guest only). No credit card payment for the balance due will be processed by telephone. Credit Card payments will not be accepted for monthly reservations or those certain properties that require cash payment. Rental rates are subject to Florida state and local taxes.
Cancellations: Reservation Deposits will not be refunded unless the unit is re-rented for the same rental payment and time period reserved. If refunded, $75.00 will be retained for an office service charge. Cancellations or early departures for any reason (including weather) do not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
Arrival/Departure: Check-In begins after 3:00 p.m. Central Time. During peak season, unavoidable delays may occur. Your patience will be appreciated. Late arrivals should make arrangements by telephone prior to arrival for key pick-up information. Please refer to your confirmation receipt for check-in location. Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m.
