Deposits: $300 Deposit $83.25 Booking fee and damage waiver
Payment Policies: $383.25 Deposit is due at time of booking the reservation. $300.00 deposit will be applied to your rent at time of arrival. Your balance is due at check in.
Cancellations: CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION must be made no later than 60 days prior to check-in for short-term reservations (less than one month), and no later than 120 days prior to check-in for monthly reservations in order to qualify for deposit refund, minus a cancellation fee.
Arrival/Departure: Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and may not be guaranteed ready at check-in. Late arrivals will be admitted to the unit by on-site security.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Guests not vacating the unit by 10:00 a.m. will be billed half of the daily rate.
